Transfer account
I tried to transfer a account from WHM server to a other WHM server with Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password.
But get this error:
Starting "TRANSFER" for Account "account"
Attempting to copy "account" from "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx".
Trying to fetch cpmove file via cPanel XML-API!
Fetching current backups from remote server....cPanel Login Failed: HTTP/1.0 900 NET OR SSL ERROR
/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove 7802: open_tcp_connection: failed `188.40.119.14', 2083 (Connection timed out)

Hello :) It's possible the source server blocked the connection. Do you have root access to the source server, or just cPanel access? You may need to generate the backup using the "Backup" icon in cPanel on that server if transferring the account with the account password continues to fail. Thank you. 0 -
Hello Michael, I have root access on source server and yes I tried it also with the Copy an Account From Another Server. The Ip is not blocked and Allowed to have access to this server. That is the strange thing about it I transfered about 20 accounts from that server 2 months ago to a other VPS it worked. Now I tried with a other VPS no luck, I also tried to transfer a account from VPS to VPS also no luck. Same error. Server: WHM version WHM 11.42.1 (build 20) MySQL5.5 VPS : WHM 11.44.0 (build 14) MySQL 5.6 0 -
Please try using: "WHM Home " Transfers " Transfer Tool" Also, please try temporarily disabling any firewall rules on either server to see if that makes a difference. Thank you. 0 -
Ok I disabled the CSF and tried to transfer both ways, tools transfer and Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password. No luck. I also tried to transfer from VPS1 to VPS2 did not work and VPS2 to VPS1 the same. That's no option because I have to transfer about 12 accounts.0 -
