Open port 5115 and traffic sending

Hi all, I have a huge problem: I have a site with dedicated IP-address and I need to open port 5115 on my site and send all traffic which will go on this port from my devices to one of the folders from my site. How can I do that with cPanel? thnx a lot!

  What's the huge problem? As a Website owner, you wouldn't be able to modify anything having to do with ports on the server. What would be the purpose of moving traffic to that specific port?

  Thank you. So what should I do? Write a letter to support-team of hosting? I need to move traffic on that port because it comes from devices, which programmed to transfer data only through 5115 port to a specific folder... I can change only hosting/IP address in settings of devices. So I need to open 5115 in any possible way.

  Hello :) Yes, please contact your web hosting provider with this request. You will not be able to make that modification on your own without root access to the server. Thank you.
