Can I create customized packages with cloudlinux?

Hello, I need to make sure a few things before I totally start this with cloud linux. So with cloudlinux would I be able to create packages in WHM with specific RAM/CPU power? Also, packages that will limit the core usage? If not, what other solutions do i have into such an option? I want to create multiple packages with different ram power, cpu powers. Thank you

  Yes, you can set specific CPU/RAM limits per package or per account. CPU limits automatically limit the core usage.
