We are aware of an issue after updating to cPanel versions 11.110.0.65, 11.126.0.21, or 11.128.0.11, some cPanel plugins or features are no longer functioning properly including WP Toolkit. Hello :) Could you elaborate on how you copied the email data the first time? Is there a particular reason you can not use the same method? Thank you.

If you have shell access then you would need to copy those emails from one email account to another. If shell accesss hasn't been granted to your account then I hope your host should help you on this to copy the emails.

Yes, you should be able to copy that data over. It should not overwrite any data because the individual emails will have unique file names. Thank you.
