Default Web Page after changing Domain name

Hi Recently I changed the domain name of an account from domain1.com to domain2.com. I also redirected domain1.com to domain2.com with 301 redirect The website was working perfectly, after the change the 2 domains show the Default Website Page by cPanel. The problem is when I access the 2 domains from a proxy they work perfectly, but when I access with my computer or my friend's computer the default website page still showing. Here's what I've done: I deleted the DNS cache of my computer I changed the modem's IP address I restarted the VPS STILL THE SAME PROBLEM

  Hello :) It seems like a cache issue on your computer, but try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via: /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
  Also, review the existing redirect under the "Redirects" option in cPanel to ensure it looks like it's supposed to. Thank you.
