There is no default password, root username, is root If you've lost your login details you'll need to contact your Hosting Provider for assistance with that.

There is no possible solution to regaining root access to the server without contacting your Hosting Provider. That, or finding out where your manager left his password. As a Website Owner you won't have access to the server''s php.ini.

Thanks for the info. Mr. Infopro may i ask you something. i encountered error in our company website. can you help me to resolve it. thanks This is the error: Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Chicago' for 'CDT/-5.0/DST' instead in /home3/mdradmin/public_html/libraries/joomla/utilities/date.php on line 198

Tip: searching for a part of an error message via google can bring you more Info than waiting for someone on a forums to reply to you. :) Open google, paste this in: public_html/libraries/joomla/utilities/date.php on line 198 Here's a valid result you might like to read: /http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=1981246 Contact your Hosting Provider and explain what the issue is (the full error), they can help sort it for you. GL!
