Error in Adding Parked Domain

My current domain is register at name.com (domain A.com), when trying to add new parked domain (domain B.com) i get this error. I have set the A entries on name.com for the domain B.com to point to domain a.com but still can not add parked domains. Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver. Based on this error which ip should i put on /etc/ips.remotedns ?

  Hi, Please check with your hosting provider that has he enabled Allow Remote Domains in WHM >> Server Configuration " Tweak Settings >> Domain tab. Thanks, EThSupport

  Hello :) You will not be able to modify the /etc/ips.remotedns file without root access to the server. You will need to contact your hosting provider for assistance, or ensure the parked domain name uses name servers at the registrar that point to this server. Thank you.
