Unable to establish a PHP session

From cPanel for an account on the server, when calling phpMyAdmin the server returns: Access Denied Unable to establish a PHP session. If you believe that this is in error or inadvertent, contact your system administrator and ask them to review your server settings. cpaneld/11.44.0.17 Server at

  What about permissions to /tmp - assuming it's the session save path. Don't wait too long - click on the lifebuoy and Contact Cpanel.

  Permissions are fine. session.save_path is correct. All other cpanel accounts on the VM work fine. Just one does not.

  Resolved. It was permissions on the tmp folder. I over looked one.
