This error appears when installing Script install_driver(mysql) failed: Can't load '/usr/local/lib64/perl5/auto/DBD/mysql/mysql.so' for module DBD::mysql: libmysqlclient.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory at /usr/lib64/perl5/XSLoader.pm line 70.

  Hello :) Are you using CageFS? If not, try running the following command to see if it's helpful: /scripts/perlinstaller DBD::mysql
  Otherwise, could you verify if you have recently upgraded MySQL? Thank you.

  Hello, Also try, perl -MCPAN -e shell fire following commands. force install DBI force install DBD::mysql Thanks, Ethsupport
