Exim - overwritten changes

When I make a change in the Exim configuration file (/etc/exim.conf), after a period, they are overwritten. As I do for these changes remain forever?

  Hello :) You can make the changes using: "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager " Advanced Editor" This will ensure the changes are preserved. Thank you.
