New transfer tool

I'm moving a bunch of sites from old server to new one. The new transfer tool looks great, but... I was getting a bunch of timeouts and never ending restarts, so I "paused" the process. My plan is to wipe out the transfers and start over. When I go to the transfer tool page, it still shows my previous transfer process paused. Is there any way to just cancel it? I don't want any of my other admins clicking the resume on that. Thanks, Chuck

  Hello :) I encourage you to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look and determine why the transfers failed to complete. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

  Hello :) Internal case number 106025 is now open to address the need to abort paused sessions from within the Transfer Tool interface in WHM. There is no exact ETA on when such functionality might be implemented, but please feel free to monitor our change log for that case number. Note that the underlying issue with the transfer timeouts should be addressed soon as well with internal case number 105673. Thank you.
