email error

I reseted an old cpanel with new one and uploaded these folders from the old server to the new one mail/domain.com etc/domain.com and also imported the old forwards: WHEN I REQUEST EMIAL TRACE I GOT THIS ERROR: "error in redirect file: malformed address: : -----@gmail.com may not follow ads@domain.com in "ads@domain.com:-------@gmail.com" please help

  Hello :) You may want to re-create the email accounts through cPanel and then copy the mail data. At that point, you must ensure the permissions/ownership values match the default values used for other email accounts. Do you have root access to the server? Thank you.
