Change main ip of WHM

Hello, i want to change my IP of my server WHM/Cpanel for a new IP licensee. How i change the ip ? Which files i change the ip? For example, my server is 192.168.0.1, and now my licensee ip " 182.168.0.100, how i change it? I have client's in the server!
