D-Note plugin for users

Hello, I hope that I am posting this in the correct section as it seems the feature request section is locked for me (understandably). I would like to add a plugin for my users that want to use D-Note (Destructive Note). The source for this utility can be found on Git hub here... https://github.com/atoponce/d-note After looking through the install notes, I see that I need to edit the Apache config, and based on my past experience with this, Cpanel will argue with me if I do this. Here are the install instructions... https://github.com/atoponce/d-note/blob/master/INSTALL.md So my question is, can I turn this into an installable plugin that any of my current accounts would have access too? If so, is there a way I can do this without breaking Cpanel/Apache? I would need it to be able to be installed from the Cpanel control panel for a customer at their selected subdomain, and possibly configurable from Cpanel (if not, they can edit the CSS and all that other stuff on their own once the files are copied into your subdomain). Any help would be appreciated!

  Assuming you can get the dependencies (e.g. python flask, wsgi, etc) installed, you should be able to turn this into a plugin. Rather than modifying the Apache conf file, I recommend you use an include file, or even a custom template. More information on these is available at:
