Recover sent mail

Hi. I am new here. I have the problem with sent mail folder. I am using ThunderBird mail client and I disable save in sent mail in TB option. I lost few mail that I sent last week, it did not save copy in sent folder. What I like to know is. Is there any idea how to recover the mail I have lost in sent mail. I am using cpanel too. Can I recover from cpanel? Thanks in advance.

  Hello :) You will not be able to recover that email based on the information you provided. Sent email is only saved locally in your email client, or in the Sent email folder when using IMAP. You said you used an option that disables saving sent email, so you likely won't find it in your email client or in Webmail. Thank you.
