no luck with manual pkgacct and restorepkg method too /scripts/restorepkg username1 It looks like you are trying to restore a backup for the user "username1". cPanel restorepkg Restricted: "no" Allow Reseller Privileges: "no" Searching for "username1""s account archive " The system will attempt to restore the archive file "/home/cpmove-username1.tar.gz". Hello :) Internal case number 105913 is open to provide better error messages when remote transfer streaming fails. As for why this particular transfer failed, could you check the available disk space on the source server and see if it's sufficient to allow the packaging of the account? Thank you.

thanks Michael the source server has 56GB of free disk space on /home before the backup and the account is 42GB reported size and 12GB compressed size after backup so probably not enough disk space ?.

Yes, you will need additional space on the source server. Or, you could skip the home directory during the transfer and then copy that data over to the destination server manually using a utility such as rsync. Thank you.
