    Hello :) Have you tried setting up forwarders instead of account level filters to see if that allows the delivery of the email while still forwarding the email? Thank you.

    Hi, thanks for the reply, I know that forwarding works, but I wanted to use a regex to catch a number of mis-spellings of surnames. If I I change the filters to 'To:' 'begins with' 'userA.surname', I 've found that this behaviour works, it seems to only be a problem when using a regex.

    Hi - thanks Michael, I'm not sure that helps. The filter I've created works as long as I only have one recipient. Any subsequent recipients do not get their mail.

    I suggest contacting your web hosting provider if the entry you are using is not working as you feel it's intended to. You hosting provider will be able to review the Exim logs and determine if there are any specific reasons why the filter is not working as intended. Thank you.
