Responder / Forward question
Hi
When setting up email addresses with forwards and responders it can mean that multiple responder messages get sent.
To give an example...
An email accounts are set up for address1@domain.com and address2@domain.com and forward is set up for address3@domain.com which goes to address1 and address2.
Responders are set up for all three email addresses "Thank you for your email we will reply ASAP".
If someone then emails address3@domain.com, three responder messages are sent, one from each address.
Is it possible to make it only send the responder message once from the address3@domain.com, or to be able to choose who it comes from based on priority.

Hello :) I'd recommend disabling the automatic responses to prevent this type of behavior. Otherwise, you could remove the existing forwarders and automatic responders, and setup an account level filter that redirects incoming email to the address of your choosing. Thank you. 0
