Exim Filter?

I want a filter that blocks all email that has both a '-' and an '=' in the senders email address. The domains, names and other info change constantly, but all emails have both a '-' and an '='. This is the format of the senders email address: cartoon-paul=fun.com@hello.org ReplacementWindow-carolyn=wayneart.org@tvsboards.com I looked at this thread, but have no idea how to adapt it to what I want to do:

  There is a post here that explains how to setup a custom filter rule globally: Exim - Custom Filter File You would have to change the individual rule to match your specific criteria. Thank you.
