Imap problems

Hi I have problems setting imap. When I use POP it works but on IMAP i get wrong username or password and I use setting from cpanel mail configuration, tried ssl and tls..... I cannot get it working? Can you help me? Thanks

  Hello, Your access is listed as website owner. Have you talked to your hosting provider yet? They should be able to assist you with looking through log files and determining the issue. If they need assistance, they are welcome to open a support ticket with us using the link in my signature.
