Name Servers

Hello, I recently purchased a cPanel licence and a new domain, but I'm having trouble setting up my name servers. On cPanel I have entered the correct IPs and domains that I would like them to be, but my domain isn't linked to cPanel. How would I do this? I have tested if it works by going on another domain and seeing if the name servers work but they don't. Thanks, Sam.

  Have you registered /created these new nameservers at your domain registrar? you must register them there first with the correct IPs pointing to your server. Example: ns1.your_domain.com IP address 1.2.3.4 < an Ip that exists on your server ns1.your_domain.com IP address 5.6.7.8< another Ip that exists on your server( preferably on another server) Make sure to create an A record for these nameservers in WHM

  New nameservers take time to register worldwide, have you checked your domain and nameservers have DNS entries in WHM? Also check out your DNS here:

  Hello :) Make sure that you set your name servers at the registrar, after creating them at the registrar. A website such as "IntoDNS" might be helpful. Thank you.
