Error on Http site on customer

Hi, I have customer setup under WHM they logged in and install Wordpress via Softaculous which is okay, but when ever we try to open admin or domain.com page of that website there is just error message: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. 500 Internal Error As the above error didnt make sense to me i check tail -f /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log and this is on logs : [Sun Jul 06 03:22:22 2014] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] SecurityException in Application.cpp:186: Do not have root privileges. Executable not set-uid root? [Sun Jul 06 03:22:22 2014] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] Premature end of script headers: index.php [Sun Jul 06 03:22:22 2014] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace. Can anyone assist what is the issue it looks like just not word press but generally across the board on the website is there a permission issue for Suphp etc ?

  Hello :) Please check the ownership/permission values for the files within the public_html of this website. Ensure public files use the account username as opposed to "root". Thank you.
