Transfers » Transfer Tool Pausing for many hours

Hi I was try to use on a cpanel server the Transfers " Transfer Tool for 8 accounts and 7 of them done and the last one was very slow so i try to pause it and start it again later but is at pausing state for a few hours now and it never ends :( Also i can't restart it or do somthing for it :( Any help? Thanks

  You need to investigate this in detail This can happen because of any reasons like, Load is high, IP block, Stuck MySQL quires or any kind of network problem

  Hello :) Internal case number 106025 is open to address the need to abort paused sessions from within the Transfer Tool interface in WHM. There is no exact ETA on when such functionality might be implemented, but please feel free to monitor our change log for that case number. Thank you.
