Forward to Exchange Server Issues

Just found this forum ... we host several websites with the big gator using cpanel 11 one of our sites was originally set up as a hostedsite .com 2 yrs later, we added an internal ms exchange server .net most users are on the outlook/ms exchange .net server --- no problem we had the few older .com user emails FORWARD to the newer .net (all users have .net) recently this doesnt work and the gator people have yet to figure out why internalexchange .net works fine and sends to anyone, recieves from anyone hostedsite .com now will receive OK, but when it trys to forward to our internalexchange .net bob @ example.com >>> forwards to >>> bob @ example.net it fails with an almost immediately with 'timeout after long retry' any ideas how can we FIX a broken heart (and forwarder) PS: we have some important users who dont want to give up their .COM addresses

  Hello :) Please review /var/log/exim_mainlog for the delivery attempt to see if you notice any particular error messages. You can use the "exigrep" utility to search the log if necessary. Thank you.
