CpXstack vs Engintron vs Nginx Admin
Is there any place where I can see a comparison between [url=http://applications.cpanel.net/appcat/cpxstack-the-complete-nginx-php-fpm-stack-on-cpanel]CpXstack, [url=http://applications.cpanel.net/appcat/engintron-nginx-on-cpanel]Engintron, and [url=http://applications.cpanel.net/appcat/nginx-admin/for/apps-misc-applications]Nginx Admin? They are all free plugins to integrate Nginx into Cpanel, but I'm not sure which I should choose, because I can't find clear information about stability nor features.
I need a plugin that doesn't require to run any function when one of my clients adds a sub/addon/parked domain, so I guess that Engintron isn't an option.
CpXstack has 1 star from 3 ratings, but all were to lazy to explain why they gave such a bad rating.
This leaves Nginx Admin as the best option, but is it?

Hello :) There are several existing threads on installing Nginx with a third-party plugin that you may find helpful. For instance, a recent one is located here: Installing Nginx Thank you. 0 -

Sorry to barge in on the thread, but that guide is for nginx from nginxcp.com, so that means its the better of all 3 if not best ?0 -

I've not personally used those third-party applications, so you may want to post this question on another forum such as WHT if you find that existing user-feedback on this topic is not sufficient. Thank you.0 -
No offence but I didn't see any response to your post, hence I asked. I am curious as well to choose the right one myself :) 0 -
As the developer of Engintron, I can assure it's the lightest package and the easiest to install/uninstall. Whatever happens on your server is visible on the shell script which performs the installation. Nginxcp.com installs binaries with whatever that may mean. In terms of performance, I can bet Engintron handles reverse proxying a lot better than these other solutions. And being fully open source allows you to hack things up as you wish. 0 -

Just to be clear here..all these plugins are installing nginX which is developed by nginx Inc and the open source community . So your question about nginx stability is more like asking cpanel Inc ..how stable is Apache . Cpanel provides a way to configure apache .It doesnt! develop apache itself . So if your question is how stable is nginX..well you have to ask the nginx devel/user list . As far as which plugin is best ..the question should be which plugin provides the best way to integrate nginx into a otherwise LAMP stack .As far as I see..only cpXstack provides complete switch to nginx+fpm . All other plugins only offer a nginx frontend which proxy pass connections to apache listening on another port . Note that I am the dev of cpXstack ;so my reply may be biased . As far as cpXstack is considered ..we install nginx from the rpm channel provided by nginx.org .PHP is compiled from source tgz files downloaded directly from php.net and we are not responsible for the above packages .We just provide a way to configure the above two software .0 -
We have replaced cpXstack project with nDeploy.in which provides coldfusion, nodejs, python and ruby on rails in addition to php-fpm . In addition to this ipv6 and ssl is now handled by nginX automatically from cpanel configuration . and nDeploy offers complete support for newer cpanel versions (11.44+)and newer themes like paper_lantern . Just some info for people who wish to compare nginx integration solutions for cpanel. 0 -
Please feel free to post a listing on the cPanel Application Catalog. [url=http://applications.cpanel.net/]cPanel Application Catalog 0
