0 DiskSpace showing of every account in cpanel option list accounts

Hi, I recently bought new VPs and install cpanel/whm but I am facing issue of disk space use, all my clients accounts are showing 0 disk space used but they have used generally so many webspace but its shewing zero. I try these methods to fix but it didn't happen. # /scripts/fixquota and many other command but not get any single chnage. Please help me out. My Vps Configuration: 1 Partition CENTOS 6.5 x86_64 virtuozzo 16 GHZ Proccessor 7 GB Ram

  Check with your VPS provider and make sure that quotas are enabled for the VPS itself, then run /scripts/initquotas
