converting ssh key

Help needed, I am trying to convert and download ssh key in ppk format but as I click on convert it returns an empty box. :confused: .vB

  If you have root access to the server, please submit a ticket using the link in my signature. You can post the ticket number here so we can follow up. If you do not have root access to the server - if all you have is a cPanel username and password, not the password for "root" - please ask your hosting provider to submit a ticket on your behalf, so that we can look at the server directly.
