Why are you trying to delete the public_html directory though? There are proper ways to do what you want, and incorrect ways. Like trying to delete it from the File Manager.

The problem is that it is unchangeable permissions and can't create any sub folders.vB.vB

Hello, if public_html is 0000, you'll need to change the permissions to 0711 to make and adjust anything under that directory. If you're unable to change those permissions, you'll need the root user on that server to make this change.

Can I stop it from recreating the folder somehow, to create new one with all permissions [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - And just for the record in the file manager v3, it shows the public_html .. under type "public_html" not linux/directory like the rest?!?

You apparently created an addon domain or subdomain and now want to remove it, is that accurate? Deleting this directory is not how you do that. We can provide you with more assistance, if you will provide more details on what you're hoping to do, and how you got there.
