Can't access cpanel/whm hostname and IP was changed

Hi , I got an abuse report recently and my IP was nullrouted . And that's why I told my VPS provider to set up a new IP for my VPS . Here are some problems I am getting : 1. I have setup SSL redirect to the hostname when user try to access cpanel like this: domain.com/cpanel -> which is not valid. 2. I have setup the DNS as like this : ns1.mydomain.com > NewIP ns2.mydomain.com > NewIP But the domains still not pointing to new IP, I have run a DNS check and still not having new I address . First I thought that its maybe domain provider who did not updated IP yet or the cpanel is refusing this . And this is all the problems I am getting right now . Please help me someone to restore the hostname or stop the hostname ssl redirection in order to access my WHM. Thanks in advance . Regards, Shahriar

  Hello :) Please ensure you update the hostname via: "WHM Home " Networking Setup " Change Hostname" Also, if the IP address has changed, ensure you use: "WHM Home " IP Functions " IP Migration Wizard" Then, make sure the SSL certificate name is updated via: "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Manage Service SSL Certificates" Thank you.
