    Hello :) Yes, backups that fail to complete successfully do trigger a notification to the root contact address configured on the server. Have you encountered a situation where a failed backup did not result in an email notification? Thank you.

    Hello, i have a similar problem... My backups on S3, aren't full... i noticed it's missing a lot of accounts Where's the log to check this?

    Backup logs are stored in: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup In addition, the transport log is located at: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter.log Thank you.

    I'm getting "Unable to send" emails as well. They aren't helpful, but at least I know it doesn't work.
