Email notification for Customer

Hello, I have a problem, when i'm creating new domain from my Cpanel WHM(11.44) it's automatic sents information on my main email, but doesn't sent informations to customers e-mail, which i write in Domain information, so i have to manually sent information about domain to customer. what's is the problem ? thanks,

  There is no issue. WHM New Account Creation does not send email to the new Client. You can compile that welcome email on your own, or use proper billing software, like WHMCS for example, to handle this for you.
