looking to secure up my server

I'm looking to secure up my server. I'm not a server admin. I need to hire someone to go through my WHM/cPanel and make some security adjustments. Is there a good place to find a WHM / Linux admin. I was looking at 'odesk' any suggestions? Thanks

  Hi Vanessa. I'm too looking for assistance with getting the most optimum setup for my WHM. I'm discussion with my Host, but don't want to switch to Managed rally because I'm happy with my Host - but hope that they'll help me with complete setup walk through - I hope. But, I'm also looking to hire for assistance. Could I request these reference too please? I'm looking to learn WHM by studying a real-world configuration, I prefer this learning method, not much time available to climb the learning curve. Sorry for the typos...
