This webpage is not available -Web Mail Issue

Hi, I am very new to WHM and last week my client bought dedicated server.so we able to set up our site.but its unmanage server and we need to setup everything our own.so when i access to my cpanel and create mail address.but when i click web mail its not loading and says This webpage is not available.so how can i solve this issue asap Thanks

  This could be many things, hard to guess from your details. But lets try. :) Is cPanel server setup proper? Hostname correct? Was the cPanel account created properly? Are you using a custom style for cPanel? Is WebMail enabled in that accounts Package Features list? WHM " Packages " Feature Manager

  Hi, My server is bought from RapidSwitch Thanks lot for the reply.i will answer to your quiz like this, Is cPanel server setup proper? Hostname correct?   You might want to contact your Hosting Provider and ask them to take a closer look at this for you. Or, feel free to open a ticket to cPanel Technical Support. There's a link to do that in cPanelJared's signature, just above my post. GL!
