small problem with my email server

when I connect to my email server via SSL to connect then it works as well, but if I make connections with wheel just connect without ssl it does not work, he can send but not receive email wheel on a just connect. dns are good

  If I connect to make wheel via e-mail mailclien then only SSL connections example it works Secure SSL / TLS settings (Recommended) Username: info@domain.com Password: Use the email account password. Incoming Server: omit IMAP Port: 993 POP3 port: 995 Outgoing Server: omit SMTP Port: 465 Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3 and SMTP. This does not work Non-SSL Settings (Not recommended) Username: info@domain.com Password: Use the email account password. Incoming Server: omit IMAP Port: 143 POP3 port: 110 Outgoing Server: omitting SMTP Port: 25 Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3 and SMTP.

  Could you let us know the specific error message you receive? Do you notice any particular output to /var/log/maillog when receiving email fails? If you do not have root access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance with this issue. Thank you.
