Failed migration after WHM were updated to 11.44

Hello, I'm working to migrate account from shared hosting to the cPanel accounts. Algorithm is next: 1. Create cpmove-$USERNAME.tar.gz file with info from shared hosting 2. Transfer cpmove-$USERNAME.tar.gz file to the dedicated server with cPanel 3. Restore account via /scripts/restorepkg cpmove-$USERNAME.tar.gz Unfortunately, after WHM were updated to 11.44 ver. it's algorythm not works any more. Error at the 3 step: /scripts/restorepkg cpmove-$USERNAME.tar.gz ArchiveManager Preparing archive for restoration " ArchiveManager The archive is missing cpuser data. The archive is missing cpuser data. In the WHM 11.42 it's still works without errors. I cant found in cPanel docs which mean this error and how I can correct it. Could you please explain me, what mean this error and how I can correct it, or give a link with explanation. Thanks in advance, Sergey Polyakov.

  To clarify, you're moving a cPanel account from one cPanel server, to another cPanel server. Is that right?

  I moving account from shared hosting which based on hspherer. So, I create cpmove-$USERNAME.tar.gz manually, according to docs at:

  Hello cPanelMichael Yes, I mean the HSphere control panel. But I do not understand how it relates to the nature of the issue, because I do not use the built-in cPanel tools import accounts from other control panels. Algorithm is next: 1.   Are you creating a /cp directory in your cpmove-XXX.tar.gz file? If so does it have a file with the name of the user? Here is an example from a cPanel account I just ran pkgacct on. " [root@andrewhodge:/home]# tar -tvf cpmove-reseller.tar.gz .... drwx------ root/root 0 2014-07-18 14:11 cpmove-reseller/cp/ -rw-r----- root/reseller 1366 2014-07-01 14:16 cpmove-reseller/cp/reseller ....
