Apache and PHP will be on the new server once you've configured and updated your new cPanel Powered Server. Mail will be in the account backups that you'll move to the new server. There is a very popular Feature Request that you might be interested in knowing about here: Clone a cPanel server configuration to a new server (excluding server specific items) - cPanel Feature Requests

Hi again. My bad. I ment all config when it comes to Apache, PHP and Exim. What lists to use etc, blacklists, whitelists all of that. Guess that's not working atm when there isa an feature request like that? Feel like there can be an high risk of missing some config when moving to the new server.. :/ No way to minimize that? Thanks in advance, Johan

None that I'm aware of, other than duplicating what you have on the old server, over to the new one, before setting up or moving any accounts over. Blacklists and whitelists used by the accounts, are backed up with mail and everything else on the account. You need to setup the new server properly, secure it properly, and then move the accounts.
