    It would be best if you submit a ticket using the link in my signature, so that we can look at this directly. There is no charge to submit a ticket, and we can usually find the cause of a cPanel update problem relatively quickly. You can post the ticket number here so that we can follow up on it.

    I see the ticket, and I see that Seth has already replied to it, but I also see that you ticked the box in the ticket labeled I [COLOR="#FF0000">DO NOT wish to allow cPanel access to my server. Because of that, we cannot log into the server. You need to un-tick that box in the ticket, before we can log in. The reason that I suggested you submit a ticket, is so we can securely log in and investigate the problem and try to fix it for you. If you do not allow us access to the server via the ticket, the support we can give you in the ticket is the same as what we can give you in the forum, and it is very limited. What is the output of these commands? # free -m
    # df -h
