15 day trial question and OS

Hi, i started the 15day trial on a VPS today. The OS centOS 5.8 was installed by my host. I know that version 7 is out but i would like to go to centOS 6.5 because i have been told i need to wait for cpanel to catch up to version 7 for full support. Question: if i format the drive and install centOS 6.5 will i lose my 15day trail or is that assigned by ip. So whatever i do in 15 days is ok per ip. Is that how it works? thanks.

  It will pick up the 15 day trial right where its left off the licenses is on the IP

  Hello :) The trial license will continue to work, but the 15-day limit is not automatically reset. Feel free to submit a ticket to customer service department if you have additional license questions. Thank you.
