Tomcat Issue

I have to admit I don't know much about the administration of Tomcat so I have been fumbling around with an issue that I am not sure what the problem is. I have a customer on a server running Tomcat 7 and when they go to their site via you just get a blank page. I have TCP port 8080 open inbound and outbound in the csf firewall. I don't see any errors in /usr/local/apache/logs/mod_jk.log or /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log so I am a bit puzzled. I am sure I am missing something obvious. Can any one give me suggestions on where to look for what might be going on here? Thanks in advance, Eric

  Hello :) The service runs on port 8080 so you must use that in the URL unless you implement custom forwarding of some type that redirects the traffic. Note that Tomcat support is limited so you may need to consult with a qualified system administrator with Tomcat experience in the event you decide to implement such as rule. Thank you.
