Alive processes apache on suspended cpanel account?

Hello, after many days after an cpanel account been suspended, i still see comming new processes on Home "Server Status "Apache Status like this one [QUOTE]8-53 7336 0/14/14885 W 5.67 20 0 0.0 0.00 34.61 anvisitoriphere hostedsite.info POST /service.php HTTP/1.1
the 5.67 is CPU time and 20 is SS (Seconds since beginning of most recent request) so i want to ask why it still have impact while that account is serving Suspended account page... How to prevent this impact without terminating account?

  point the the DNS to a a IP that does not exist a private IP should work

  How can i fix this from WHM please? i dont have access to change IP or nameserver for my client domain.
