Apache not working? "Failed to receive status information from Apache"

Hi there, I just installed cPanel on my VPS and activated the license as well. After that I transferred a couple of Websites from another VPS to the new one. However, the Apache service doesn't seem to work, nor the websites on the VPS do. And when I check the Status of Apache, I get this: I tried to restart it by using "HTTP Server (Apache)" unter the catagory "Restart service" but after a long loading time, I get this error: Apache restart failed. Unable to load pid from pid file and no httpd process found in process list. If apache restart reported success but it failed soon after, it may be caused by oddities with mod_ssl. You should run /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/ssl_crt_status as part of your troubleshooting process. Pass it --help for more details. Also be sure to examine apache's various log files. Apache Restart Output: Log: [Sat Jul 19 10:41:11 2014] [alert] (EAI 2)Name or service not known: mod_unique_id: unable to find IPv4 address of "vps.mydomain.net" Configuration Failed
PS: In the beginning I set hostname to vps.mydomain.net which is wrong. I changed it after that to vps.mydomain.com. DNS is worknig properly but why does it still say that it could not find the IP of vps.mydomain.net? Hopefully someone can help... Thanks in advance!

Image is attached (output) /http://i.imgur.com/nsGW8f6.png The domain extension of the second vps.mydomain was .net. I changed it to .com, saved the file and restarted the VPS. Still same error... I tried to restart via SSH using /etc/init.d/httpd restart
    and this is what I get: root@vps [~]# /etc/init.d/httpd restart httpd: Syntax error on line 30 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/local/apache/modules/mod_bwli mited.so into server: /usr/local/apache/modules/mod_bwlimited.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or d irectory

If the issue continues, please open a support ticket so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
