I found .htm files all over my server and my server hacked

I just found many xxx.htm files in my server with the following content, please let me know what they stole and how badly it effects my data, i have several email accounts in the server : [Removed - Typical Hacked Website Page] How can i protect my server now???

  Hello :) Yes, I also suggest consulting with a qualified system administrator for security advice. Security is really not something you can run a few commands and be done with. Thank you.
