1000 mails per page mailqueue limit override

Hello, i have many thousands emails in queue thanks to some spam script, please can i delete from entire queue somehow overriding limit of 1000 mails per page? I mean so i dont need to repeat search and deletion many times.. I need to search in recipient / sender column, partial match... Thx
