    Hello, Is it the MX record alone having this issue from cPanel ? Did you try adding any other records ? Also only affecting a single cPanel account ?

    We don't know, this is the only case we have so far

    Hello :) Internal case number 79913 is open to address an issue where the MX record cannot be added after it's removal via "cPanel >> MX Entry". There is currently no time frame available for a resolution. The temporary workaround is to use WHM to edit the zone and add the entry. Thank you.
