/tmp disk gets full with so much of backup_migrate_ files

Hello sirs. Server was working normally without any problem but suddenly we are seeing so much of backup_migrate_* files by one user in the /tmp disk What are these files and why they are being created? Files are with .mysql extension and each file is around 3 or 4MB How to resolve this issue? And why they are being created.

  Hello :) You mentioned that your server is no longer functioning normally. Is your /tmp partition reaching 100% usage, or is there some other problem that stems from this issue? How much usage in total comes from these files? Are you backing up the account at all? Thank you.
