International multiple location email server setup

I am a web host admin in Hong Kong. My cPanel / WHM servers are based in Hong Kong. The great firewall of China, long distance and slow local network in China can make receiving emails very slow in China. I was wondering if it would be possible to a set of cPanel / WHM servers such that: 1. Emails can be sent to China server via SSH / secured link 2. Allow people to receive and check emails of the same email account in China server and Hong Kong server I have seen something like this and wonder if this can be done at cPanel / WHM too: /http://www.pachosting.hk/en/smart-emailink.php Thanks.

  Hello :) You may want to simply setup a remote mail server in another country, and then modify the MX records of your domain names so that email for those domain names is handled by the remote mail server. Thank you.
