Login failed: username or password incorrect.

Hi to everybody! Sorry for my English... I've a problem with email using cPanel. I create a new account info @domainexample.com* Password and username are correct, but when I do the login in webmail.domainexample.com I recive the error message: Login failed: username or password incorrect, but isn't true! The same thing happens when I do this action by cPanel > and Read Mail Using Horde/RoundCube/Squirrelmail. When I send email to this news address I return an email that says: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently / The error that the other server returned was: 554 5.7.1 Do you know what could be the problem? : Confused: Thank you!
