IP address assignment

I am trying to assign more than one IP address to a reseller account, but it appears I can only assign them to sites, not accounts. Is there a way that I can provide more than one IP address to a reseller?

  Hello :) You can delegate specific IP addresses to reseller accounts via: "WHM Home " Resellers " Manage Reseller"s IP Delegation" Could you elaborate on what you mean by assigning IP addresses to "sites"? Thank you.
