how do I block muliple IP address from sending emails?

I know that I can block IP ranges from access the website itself but how do I prevent spam from certain IP ranges from getting in the email accounts? Is there such an option within cPanel ?

  Hello :) You can browse to the "Access Lists" tab in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager" and utilize the blacklist options to block specific IP addresses. Thank you.

  I am on shared so do not have access to that option.

  You will need to contact your web hosting provider to help you complete that task, as such options are not available if you do not have root access to the server. Thank you.
