Mail Delivery Report - Outlook

Hi, I have a problem with a client. They say, they installed outlook with e-mail delivery report. I mean when the mail delivered, they are asking a report from the server. But in our WHM/cPanel server, then don't get e-mail delivery report for each mail. Is there any special option or something for this issue? Thank you very much.

  Hello :) As I understand, that feature of Outlook only works if you are using an Exchange server for email. I don't believe it's supported with Exim, but you may want to have them verify that with Outlook. Thank you.
